there was a Learning Journey for developing Fiori Apps with ABAP RAP. Accessable via the URL: Building Apps with the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model

Could anybody please reactivate this Learning Journey or at least say, why it has been deactivated?

It was a very good Learning Journey and it would be very helpful, if it would be available again.
