How to translate Name and Description for Custom Business Configuration

I made a Custom Business Configuration.

How can I translate the texts in Name and Description?

 

I already tried:

1. Translating generated Metadata Extension, Projection, Root view.

2. The Translations App. As far as possible, the description on how to use is fully unclear (like what is a text source, and how to know which is the right one).

3. Right clicking the object in Eclipse ADT and looking for the Display -> Translations which is there for other objects.

4. Finding the correct object type in SE63.

 

The texts seem to come from here.
