GUI ENQUE FM removed locks when GUI is closed

Hi All,I am using GUI screens to lock a record of particular table and ENQUE FM locks it successfully with type 'E' and Scope - 1. When user moves to next screen or closes screen, locks are removed. I tried with scope = 2 and 3 as well but no success...
