ZUJE_MASS_USER_MGMT Does not exist

Hi Experts,

In SE38, if i execute this program ZUJE_MASS_USER_MGMT

it says the program does not exists.

I have seen the document on Mass user management and it says you need to import the transport requests files, K900321.EPM and R900321.EPM.

Are these files supported by SAP or 3rd party owned?

I see the below note and it says this tool is not supported.

Could you please help me on this? Thanks.
