XML Payment in a USA company

Ciao,

Our company in USA, ask me to implement in SAP automatic payment to create an XML file (from F110 transaction) to send to our bank (for vendor payment).

they send me a word file with information about the XML file .. there is the possibility to download the structure file from an OSS note?

I am not able to find it .. can you help me?
