Wrong Translation in SCT (EN --> KO)

HI SCT Product team

We have identified a critical translation error in the SCT solution and would like to inquire about it.

Product: SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT)
Screen: Manage Metrics > Detail > Assurance
Wrong Translation: “자재” (this term means raw materials used in production)
Correct Translation (KR): “중대성”
Original English: “Material”

Could you please advise whether such translation errors can be corrected directly by users, or it should be fixed at the product level by SAP?
