Wrong posting rule - EBS

Hi FICO Experts,

I have a issue with EBS, where the wrong posting rule is getting update after EBS file is processed.

issue: We have issue in EBS, Instead of hitting to customer account it's hitting to suspense gl account due to which the business has to re-classify again and post to correct customer account.

I have checked the configuration OT83 and change but I didn't find any change in posting rule or at configuration.

Can you please provide your valuable inputs in order to rectify the issue. We are using BAI2 format.
