Work Status Multi Level Approval and Data changes

Hi Experts,

I am facing issue in maintaining workstatus with Multilevel Approval & Data changes.

Entity Parenth1 Owner Corp Mgr3 Europe Corp Mgr2 Ireland Europe Mgr1 1000 Ireland User1 2000 Ireland User2 3000 Ireland User3

1) Individual Company owners of Ireland will Submit the data for their respective companies. Once they submit they should not be able to change the data or workstatus.

- This works fine

2) Once 1000 submits, User1 cannot change the data, but Mgr1 , Mgr2 and Mgr3 should be able to change the data. Mgr1 should be able to change the work status as well.

3) Once all the Ireland Companies are reviewed, Mgr1 will submit for Ireland. Once Ireland is submitted they (User1, User2, USer3 and Mgr1) would not be able to change the data for any Ireland companies or Mgr1 should not be able to change the work status of Ireland or companies in the Ireland hierarchy.

- Mgr1 is still able to make changes once it is in Submitted status (With Environment Parameter as X).

4) Once Europe (Mgr2) reviews the data, he will submit for Europe. Once data for Europe is submitted, Mgr2 should not be able to change the data or change the work status.

- Mgr1 & Mgr2 is still able to make changes once it is in Submitted status (With Environment Parameter as X).

share your entity dimension is maintained.. I don't understand where exactly you are facing issue.

if possible explain in tabular format the approval hierarchy.
