Work Status Error "Parent could not be determined from master data of dimension"

Hello ,

Product version: BPCNW 10.1 Classic

In the model Consolidation, we have dimensions TIME,VERSION,ACCOUNT,COMPANY_CODE,PROFIT CENTER,AUDIT TRAIL,INTERCO,FLOW,SCOPE,CURRENCY.

This model is periodic.

Requirement:- I need to set up the work status. I tried to set up the work status as follow:-

the dimension Entity is where Owner property is maintained.

Issue:- While trying to save data, I am getting the error for work status:- Error checking work status "Parent could not be determined from master data of dimension".

can anyone please help in this regards?

Hi Ambika,

Reconfigure Work Status as below

1. Change to other hierarchy and click Save.
2. Again, change to the correct hierarchy and click Save.

If this doesn't work then you need to upgrade BPC Component.
