Work Status dimension is not qualified when trying to run controls BPC NW 10.1

Hi All,

I am facing a strange issue we re-opened BPF and then try to run controls >  the moment we go into the controls monitor it gives the error

Get Control monitor failed - see details

in the details - work status dimension is not qualifed

When i did try in my dev system its working fine without errors but in the Quality system it is giving errors. It has same access for my ID.

SAP BPC 10.1 SP4

could you please provide your inputs.

Hello,

There are three elements involved here, BPF, works status and controls.  I think we need to test and find out which is actually causing the problem.

1. Can you see the work status correctly for the specific data region from a different UI, for example EPM Add-in or BPC web content?
2. Can you open the controls directly (I am assuming you opening it from a BPF activity when you get this error)?
3. If the answer to the above two questions is yes then we need to focus on how your work status is configured.  Is your BPC in DEV configured exactly the same? 
4. Have you configured you work status in the problem system?

Please try to re-process the dimension that you have configured as work status owner dimension.

Issue has been resolved.

Solution is to enable the controls again.
