Work Status - Customer implementation

Hi,

I have gone through SAP documentation regarding work status set up for embedded as well as implemented the code for customer implementation as in the following link but work status does not work on the hierarchy nodes. It works on the base nodes. Has anybody else faced this issue and how did you resolve it?

Whenever I select the hierarchy node, I get the error :"Current user is not the owner or manager of the selected region"

We are on BPC 10.1 optimized for S4.
