WIP Quantity Doc Error (SAP Public Cloud)

I am facing error Internal error in FORM/FUNCTION FCML4H_DOC_PREPARE_WIP in position 6 with RC Error message is C+099. I also read SAP note 2315815 but it deal with position RC 4 not RC 6. 

Anyone pls guide me what is this RC and how could i resolve this error
