Hi,

Will it be possible to create a EPM report on BW InfoProvier . Some time back I read that it is possible.

Is there any note for that. If yes, Could you please forward me.

We are SAP BPC 10 SP17 EPM SP22 Patch2

Thanks

Sekhar,

you can connect directly to BW from the EPM Add-in using either the SAP BW (INA Provider) and local connections for BW NW.

Each time you connect to a SAP BW (INA Provider) connection, you need to select a query.

When you connect to a BW NW local connection, you can just connect to a cube or select a query.

I'm not sure in what SP these two connection types are supported. SP22 is quite old.

When you open Excel and select "Log On" and create a new connection, do you see "SAP BW (INA Provider" and "Local" as Connection type choices? If not, you will need to upgrade to a later SP of the EPM Add-in.

You can find more information on the SAP Help portal:
