Why still no line items in KSBP even if integrated planning is activated for current FY

Hi all expert, 

I want to know, why there are no line items or any change records for current FY2025 in KSBP? I checked all setting (version and FY) in KP96 and integrated planning is already activated. For all previous FYs shown line items and tracking records in KBSP. And this problem just exists in production system not in devolop/test system.
