Hello,
We wrote a custom global script and put it on trigger event of an attribute lets set attribute A. When attribute A's value is equal to some value, we disable another attribute's values. Lets say this another attribute's name is B. Script is working when A is selected. But when user selects attribute C, system refreshes attribute B's values to default.
We cant use formula rules or basic rules because we have complex formulas and I don't want to execute global script every time a attribute changes because system gets really slow.
Does anyone know how to prevent this?
Best regards.

Hello,
Are you integrated with SAP Variant Configuration and Pricing (CPS)? If yes, taht can be the reason why script aren't working well with attribute manipulation.
Thanks

HI sbslmhmt
Can you record the video of your steps and raise a Support ticket for CPQ team to investigate ?
