Request you to please help me to fix on this issue. While performing valuation posting in tcode RECEEP. We are facing the below error. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Hi please see the SAP response based on a similar issue reported:

This issue is solved with the restructuring of the valuation delivered with SAP Note 3012918.

SAP Note 3012918 restructured the source code for the valuation cash flow generation. Various functional enhancements and improvements have also been implemented with this restructuring. For more information, see SAP Note 3012918.

This new source code does not (or no longer) reproduce your reported error in our internal systems. Therefore, I would like to ask you to implement and test SAP Note 3012918 in your system.

To facilitate the implementation you may consider to apply the new TCI that contains all notes delivered for RE-FX up to 23.02.2021.

Please refer to SAP Note 3019078 "Transport-based correction instructions (TCI) for SAP Real Estate Management 2021"

"This SAP Note contains transport-based correction instructions (TCI) for all corrections in the real estate environment that have been released since the
support packages specified below up to and including 2/23/2021. Corrections for country specifications are excluded.
The attached corrections are documented in the attachment "Included_SAP_Notes_TCI_3019078.xlsx"."

This will fix a lot of errors and bugs in the leasing environment as a whole and delivers the latest functional enhancements as described in SAP note 3012918 , so it's a really good opportunity to move on.

Please read the solution section of the note in detail and make sure to follow the exact instructions.

Afterwards you just have to implement the SAP notes of components RE-FX-LA* that were delivered after 23.02.2021 as usual with transaction SNOTE.

Please also keep in mind that after implementing the TCI a regression test has to be performed for the RE-FX functionality before moving to production.
