While log on SAP BPC Web page we got error like environment environment shell is currently offline contact your administrator

Hi Expert,

While log on SAP B.P.C 10.0 SP12(CPMBPC 801-SP12), we are facing issue like below,

and After closing this window, we are not able to see Administration tab in SAP B.P.C Web page,

I have assigned below roles for the BPC user as type service,

Can you please guide me for the issue.

Go to BPC web and click on Planning and consolidation administration.

Select the manage all environments

Highlight the environment which is offline and click on change status.

Once you have done this you can select the environment on the main page.

If you go into preferences you get an option to restore default, this should allow you to bring it back. Also check your account in NW ensure you have the admin rights applied to your account.
