Which table shows the valid/up to date values of RSPARAM

Hi All,

I'd like to know if there is any table in SAP which shows the active/valid values of RSPARAM program?

Basically we'd like to implement a GRC PC monitoring for password related parameters and in order to be able to do it effectively we would need a background table where these active/valid parameter values are stored. Have already tried TPFET but it does not contain active values.
