Where to upload the import B/L?

Dear exports

what's soluton to upload the import B/L information ?

GTS or ECC?

Can we uploading in the customs B/L ,but fields in customs B/L only have few fields.

a lot of fields we needed don't have.

Hi José,

You can upload the BoL directly in GTS using the API - Function Module /SAPSLL/API_6800_CFB_SYNCH.

I  know this function. and now we use an customized button in EP1 to transfer the fields from inbound delivery to GTS cutoms bill of lading via this function.

but we need to update  the inbound delivery infomration about the gross weight , No  of packages.

Does GTS have function to update inbound delivery if we upload B/L in the customs B/L directly.?

Hi José,

No, there is no standard relationship between the GTS CBL and the ECC IBD.

But if you already have the ability to update the CFB, then perhaps you should also call ERP Function Module BAPI_INB_DELIVERY_CHANGE (or ISIDE_ASN_UPDATE) using the same data.  Then you could keep the systems in synch.
