Hi Community,
When we go through the ct_coPPPP tables we cannot find the link to our ct_period table, and so we cannot know which period is being used for which amount. For Actual amounts, the period is the same as the Data-Entry period. But for Forecast and Budget, there is one Data-entry period for multiple periods, that's why the ct_period is filled with relative period (+1.01 means next year, first month of the year) right?
But we cannot find the link between our fact tables and that ct_period table, the partitioning of the database seems to only reference the Category/phase, not the period.
Through which table should we go to find that link?
Thank you in advance

Hi,
Actually, there is no period table in FC. You can use the period.exe, in the installation directory, to find the period name from the period code that is stored in the ct_coPPPP table.

Hi Pascal,
Marc had originally posted this How to Guide for Data in BFC (DB), hopefully this helps.
Financial Consolidation – Data in FC
I've the pdf but the site won't allow me to add it as an attachment since its >1 mb in size. Also check if there's anything on the FC Wiki

Manas
