Where in the database is quote item completeness status stored?

I'd like to create a report (Report Module) listing quotes, their quote items, and whether their configurations are complete or not.

I don't see any column indicating the configuration completeness status in CART_ITEM or in CartItem2. Am I just missing it, or is there another database table I overlooked?
