Hi folks,
I'm new here and I'm starting do work with SAP now.
I'm participating in a project to update a company's Business Risk Matriz and I've found values like "$", "!^" and "*" in the "value from" columns of Function Permission. Could anyone tell me how does GRC interprets these values?
Thanks!
Request clarification before answering.
Hello,
"$" : This is used for ANY value. so, if the field contains anything, it is covered by using "$".
"!^" : This is generally used while defining critical permission rules, check NOTE 2130951 for more details.
"*" : This is nothing but the actual value *. Though in SAP authorization it means "ANY" value.
Kind regards,
Yashasvi
