What is "Shared Business Component 731"?

What is the purpose of "Shared Business Components 731" in GRC 10.1 ? I am upgrading a system from SAP Access Control 10.1 SP18 to SP24. There are three pieces to this Access Control 10.1 SP24

1.) GRC ABAP Components

2.) Plug-in SAP Basis 7.31

3.) Shared Business Components 731

Shared Business Components 731 exists in SAP Process Control 10.1 and SAP Risk Management 10.1 too.

Shared Business Components 731 was NOT installed in SP18. What is this? Is it new with a release above SP18?

It is not required to activate/install the instance on your system, unless you wish to have this component's functionality. We do not use this functionality at our site. It should not have been installed.

We recently upgraded SAP GRC AC10.1 to SP23 and I did not notice anything like that?Only Foundation and Plugin(ERP for HR Trigger).Can you share some screenshots....
