sorry - I'm not familiar with the term KDS. In case you are looking into the key entities, the majority can be found in the business configuration. Detailed structures/fields are documented in the API specification in the Business Accelerator Hub.

Additional important entities are the rate plan templates and the pricing scheme, price element specifcations and look-up tables on the pricing side.
