What is the main purpose of SAP GTM?

Why cant we do the same trade mangement process in SAP SD, MM modules?.

What is the specialty in SAP GTM?

Arun, there is a separate tag for "Global Trade Management", I would suggest you to use that tag for a better and quicker answer.

GTM and GTS are quite different in functionality (although SAP named them similar). GTM is for trading business, whereas GTS is for trade compliance.
