In the GRC access request we have the 'Due date.'All what i understand is , it is part of the Service Line agreement. Even if the date is getting crossed, what will happen? Will the access request get automatically closed? Can it be still action? How it will affect an approver and an administration

Hi Rajan,
nothing will happen. 🙂 it's only for reporting capabilities.
You can certainly use that field in BRF+ for other calculation of the workflow. But nothing that I have ever thought of.

Thanks Alessandro for your note. I was wondering if that will prevent the approver from Approving a request which is not happening.
And it is specific to Request type, right?
