What are the steps to follow in S/4HANA CLOUD PUBLIC to create a new ODATA with post method (for the creation of financial operations in TRM of money market) to create a Product Type 54A / 55a), and also that it is possible generate update?

Thanks, Does that mean do you want to create own ODATA API with Post Method ? If that's the case - i am afraid in Public cloud it is not possible to have you ODATA API with Post Method. However you can have a custom ODATA API via released CDS Views (with Read Method) - Not related to your case. 

In Public Cloud, we need to use the whitelisted artefacts provided by SAP like API's/CDS View and Business Objects. 

Did you get a chance to look at the SAP Business Accelerator Hub to see if there are API with Post method for your business case ?
