Are there any risks in the ff. scenarios?
a. PO amount is GR'd and invoiced for the full/exact amount
b. Project is done but PO amount was fully not consumed. All required GR and invoice are complete.
We are using GR-based invoice. The only risk we know is the unused budget will not be returned. Are there any others?
