What are the changes occurred in GRC after upgrading SAP GRC AC 10.1 SP23 to SAP GRC AC 12.0 SP03 and What activities we need to perform after upgrading to GRC 12.0 as GRC consultant Perspective?

I already checked the Upgrade Guide for SAP Access Control 10.0/10.1 to 12.0, But I need more information on what changes will occur after upgrading to GRC 12.0 SP03, and What Pre and Post-installation activities we need to perform, and is there any msmp workflow changes occur,

I need that kind of information.
