We are not getting User level SOD report in Business view in SAP GRC Process control SOD Subscenario

1. We have created Datasource and Business rule with SOD Sub scenario for User level SOD report output.
2. In Business rule we have maintained below details for Locked, Expired and Risk Analysis Report View.
   Expired User: Yes
   Locked User: Yes
   Risk Analysis Report Format: 3 ( We have also maintained numerical 1 and 2 to test but it didnt work)
3. None of the above options seems to be working, We are not getting report in Business view nor Locked or Expired users are getting fetched
