WBS Authorizations UE

I want to use UE for WBS Authorizations - I've implemented : FUNCTION EXIT_SAPLCNAU_002.

When I change WBS it doesn't go through this function.

When I debug it I see that it happens because of this line:

Meaning flg_exit_active-cnau_002 is empty.

How may I make it non empty please?
