Visual basic error when installing EPM

When installing the EPM Add-In I get the attached error.  I am using Microsoft Office 365 so I am installing this on Excel 2013.  I am trying to install SP19 build 8909.

Hi Robert,

This error not come for .Net.This error come when some missing software dependencies is unavailable when you install Microsoft office 2013.have a look this thread you can easily understand.

Do you have .net installed?

3.5 needed for 32 bit

4.0 needed for 64 bit

Of EPM add on.

Hi Andy,

We do have .net installed.

We have >90% of users that have 3.5 for 32 bit.  The rest of the users use 4.0 for 64 bit so I would need help for both versions.
