Hello,
My customer noticed that the values sent to ACE from GTS for Direct Filling do not follow the SLI Rounding Rule.
Before direct filing, our Brokers used the SLI printed from GTS to do the export filing. As you may know, the rule that if the accumulated value has a decimal value of .50 and lower, you round down. Otherwise, you round up.
Well, in reviewing a export, the decimal value was 7740.68 but the value what was sent was 7740 not the expected 7741.
So, the question is, is this an issue with GTS on the data supplied to our Data Communication Provider or an issue with the Data Communication Provider on the data sent to ACE?
Any thoughts?
Regards, Dean.

Hello Dean,
I would recommend you to have a look on the IDOC generated in GTS for your Export Declaration. It is this IDOC that will send the data to your Data Communicator. Depending on the value you will find on the IDOC you would be able to determine if it is an GTS issue or if it comes from the Conversion done by the Data Communicator.
