Value Type to show in new Column - GRR2

Dear Experts,

I am trying to create a new column by copying the Budget Consumption Report through GRR2 -> 4FM -> 4FBUDCON. Objective is to show only Value Type 50 (PR) and 51 (PO) related data in this new column. In Elements, I have assigned both Value types as below but report is not showing any data.

Please guide.

Hi Muhammad,

You have issue with a ledger combination. 9F is a budgetary ledger for payment. 50/51 are value type for consumption. You have either to post it in combination with AVC ledger (9H/9I, or any other, depends what you have defined) or posting ledger (9B), but not with budget ledger for sure.

I tried ledger 9A which is showing values for both PR & PO as desired.

Yes, 9A if you work only with payment ledger 🙂
