Validation rule for Asset Master Data

Hello, I want to create a validation rule for fixed asset master data. 

I have a field National Classification Code classified as Time-Independent Data. I want the field to be mandatory when creating fixed asset. 

However, this field does NOT appear in the validation fields menu... 

I am in SAP S4H Public Cloud. Do you know how it can be added? 
Can the displayed validation fields be modified in the Manage substitution/validation rules for Fixed asset accounting - master data?

Hi @JAS3311 

Not sure about Public Cloud but in On Premise and Private cloud SAP GUI, you can add missing fields through transaction code SM30 and enter Table - VWTYGB01 

Check for the relevant Table and Field and deactivate the “Exclude” checkbox, and SAVE the setting. You can add your field if its not available.

After that Run program RGUGBR00 in SE38

Check if same can be done through any views in SAP Public cloud.
