VA02 - SoD's for Tcodes conflicting with themselves

Dear Friends, We recently updated our ruleset and we are now trying to remediate the SoD's for Tcodes conflicting with themselves especially VA02 to start with [ Enclosed is are the details ].

Please let us know if there is a way to remediate these from security side or will it be mandatory to apply an MC.
