Users are receiving the notification on their mails but while submitting PDF in OWP, they are getting undeliverable mails.
What could be the reason for it as it was working fine before migration of our system ?
Please provide the solution if anybody knows about it .
Request clarification before answering.
Please check the exchange server configuration if the routing rules exist and also the configuration SO50.
