User unable to Modify workstatus in BPC MS version 7 servicepack 12

Hi All,

User unable to Modify Workstatus in BPC 7.0 MS version. Even after specifying User in the Dimension "Owner" property column. In this column other Owners also existing and they are able to Modify workstatus. Recently we added this user and User id consists of alphanumeric. Other Owners User Id consists of only alphabets.

Getting below error

You are not authorized to perform task. Contact administrator.

Hi Sudheer,

verify that the user have the security rights to perform modify the workstatus, e.g. setworkstatus, see please the security guide.
