Have you had a look at GRACUSER table after the object/user synch has run in full update to see what data is stored for the user?
If the address data (first name, surname, etc) is blank then try looking in the plug-in/source system to see if you can display the user master (address tab may not display). It could help determine where the issue lies.
If not, can you please share a screen shot and what about this User Id might be different to all the others ones that are working?
