Hi All,
I am trying to submit a request in GRC and I am getting a weird error which says user id created in backend in one comment and in the next comment it says same user id does not exist in the system.
Please suggest if some has faced this issue before capuse-id.jpg
Request clarification before answering.
what is the request type? For certain settings in SPRO, if you raise change request for the ID that does not exist in target system, it may give this error.

Hi,
Could you please check transaction SLG1 and see if there is any more detail about what is caussing the error?
Another thing you could try is to set parameter 2051 to NO (if it's not already) and see if there is any difference. And also make sure that it is possible to create users with "Deactivated" password in ECC system.
Regards,
-Pau
