user-issue-exist.jpgHi All,
I am facing an issue in GRC , where I am trying to submit an access request , the request does get submit and it goes for the approval through different stage and it does get approved by the approved however at the time of processing at the end of the stage says " user does not exist in target system ECC".
This is happening when we are processing non position contractor.
Please suggest if some one has seen this issue before
Request clarification before answering.
Do you have HR Trigger in place? What do you mean by non position contractor.... You mean some default position to all contractors?Do you have any BRF+ rules against position?Do you have any EUP for Contractor or Employee?
Thanks
Ramesh

Hello,
Make sure you have below setting configured into your system.
In IMG / SPRO ==> Governance Risk and Compliance ==> Access Control ==> User Provisioning ==> Maintain Provisioning Setting under this go to ==>Maintain Global Provisioning Configuration ==> Under "Create User if does not exist", find the checkbox 'For Assign Role Action'.
This checkbox should be checked if you would like to create a user if this does not exist, along with the role assignment in target system.
Regards,
Madhu
