User audit logs in EMS

Hello there,

Is it possible to get a full audit history of what actions a user has performed against what entitlements? We know that the system logs any changes made to an entitlement and the business reason / justification. But can this data be extracted for analysis and audit purposes?

Hello Tom,

Yes. The change history (Audit Trail) can be viewed and a report can be exported out.
