User added successfully using mass user management...

Hi Experts,

We are trying to update Security in BPC using Mass user management tool.

User Id's is added with out any error from the back end using Mass user Management tool (ZUJE_MASS_USER_MGMT)but can not see the user id in BPC.

Can anyone help me with a solution to get this program working in BPC 10.1?

Hi Priya,

Hope already you have have gone through below link, if not then please go through that links.

please confirm that you have assigned below roles to the users if these roles are not assogned to user them please assign these roles and then check.

/POA/BUI_FLEX_CLIENT

/POA/BUI_UM_USER

Hope this will solve your problem.
