Use of bookmarks in SAP DM for ESEF tags

Dear SAP Experts,

In SAP DM tag for ESEF regulation are bookmarks in Word. So this means that users may delete them quite easily; in addition if you insert a new word or phrase at the edge of the bookmarked section in word, the added part would not be showed in the tag.

I am quite worried about this fact, because the risk of losing tags or part of them is quite high. I did not find a way to prevent this risk using a DM functionalities, so I found to look for a word solution (e.g. a macro). Does someone know a workaround to reduce risk of losing tags during word operation by users?

Unfortunately, that's how DM is designed

And, yes, these risks are present (and do happen occasionally)

I am not aware of any 3rd party tool or macro that prevents deleting bookmarks
