Http 403 could indicate missing scopes in your Concur application.

Hi Mathias,

I was able to fix the invoice issue. Currently after trying to import a report I am getting following error at the bottom => "No Documents from Concur"

Can you please assist me with this issue?

Hi Sid07, it is difficult to judge why no document is returned without looking into the system.
Here are some possible reasons and checks you should do:

  • check that mapping service is active in your system (CTE_SETUP - System Wizard screen)
  • check what filter and filter value you have defined for your document type (posting wizards)
  • check the filter value in the Concur system (what value is contained in the document your are missing)
  • If this all matches you could try to do a single document import in CTE_DOC_MONI -> Feedback Loop -> Fetch document with the help of the document ID
  • If this all does not help you should definitely open a customer ticket on component BNS-CON-SE-...
