We are planning to upgrade and migrate the BPC 7.5 MS to BPC 10.1 NW version.

Can someone share the path to upgrade and migrate the data to BPC 10.1 NW?

If you want to migrate to BPC 10.1 standard, then:

1. Migrate from BPC MS 7.5 to BPC NW 7.5 - ask SAP support to provide tools: https://blogs.sap.com/2012/09/27/sap-business-planning-and-consolidation-version-for-netweaver-bpc-c...

Script logic has to be redesigned etc... Complex project!

2. Upgrade BPC 7.5 NW to BPC 10.1 NW - more or less straitforward!
