Updating the acquisition date from the legacy books for Fixed asset migration.

You want to know whether system could allow to change acquisition date in the system to the original date of purchasing which is recorded in the legacy books for the fixed assets.

Ideally it is not a correct process of updating the acquisition date from the legacy books.

But it will be still accepted by the system. For example if you have the scenario for legacy date of 2015, if the respective company business operational year is on or before 2015 then it is possible to update the acquisition date from the legacy books.

Note: Year mentioned here as a example.
