Hello experts,
we have a following business scenario
When Subscription Contract start date and billing start date/term start date(newly introduced in S4H 2020) differs due to delay in entitlement to the customer, CC is considering the provider contract start date instead of billing start date which is causing issue generating BITs in RAR relevant status as blank for the backdated period
Please help how to update the CC provider contract start date.
Example Business scenario:
Actual Contract start date: 09/02/21
Actual Contract end date: 09/30/22
Entitlement date: 10/10/21(Due to technical issue customer entitlement for he product got delayed)
Billing start date/Term start Date: 10/10/21
Billing end date/Term end Date: 09/30/22
CC Contract Start date(current): 09/02/21
CC Contract start date(expected): 10/10/21
