Update Usage field in BP SAP GTS

Hi Team,

I want to update usage field in SAP GTS for thousands of Business Partner. So do we have any standard program to update usage value e.g. 1/2/3?

If not then any suggestion how to accomplish this.

HI Ravi,

Yes. I'm not an expert in that technique, but (as I said) there is plenty of help on-line, and many consultants who are very familiar with loading or updating SAP data in that way. As I understand and half-remember it, you would start by recording the transaction keystrokes for a single Partner, then enhance that recorded data-file into a completed job that will run for all of the specified Partners and update the field contents as required.

Hi Ravi,

It sounds like a BDC (Batch Input) job is needed. In case you haven't previously used BDC, there is plenty of help available on-line.

You mean Batch Data Communiction. Because this one is one time activity. For that we need to write a coding ?
