Hello SAP,
As of November 2025, all banks in Germany will be legally required to support a new SEPA format in accordance with ISO22002. Many customers are already inquiring about this. According to the roadmap, this new format is expected to be available in Business ByDesign with release 2505 (Update of SEPA data formats for the customer-bank interface for SEPA credit transfer initiations (pain.001.001.09 message) and SEPA direct debit initiation (pain.008.001.08 message)).
However, there is no mention of this in the release notes. I would therefore like to request a status update on whether and when this format will be available.
